               The Proverb 'Health is Wealth' is absolutely correct. If we have our Health, then we have everything. If we don't have our health, then we have nothing.Healthy life is always happy and fresh. Healthy life lives more whereas unhealthy lives has less period of lifespan. Also, Unhealthy life is always nervous and is not Eco-friendly with anyone whereas healthy life is Eco-friendly with everyone.Today, everyone is running behind the wealth. In this race of owning maximum wealth, Everyone is forgetting their wealth. This is not at all good. If one has much wealth and is unable to celebrate because of his health, then what is the use of that? One should be more healthy than having more wealth. To live a luxurious life, one does not need wealth but need Health. 

            To be fit and fine, Body movement is required. we should performs various exercises and different Yoga's everyday. To stay healthy we can join any sports. sports keeps us mentally as well as physically healthy.We should eat healthy food instead of Fast foods like peeza and berger. The green leafy vegetable, milk, meat, fish,etc. are excellent source to stay healthy.Not only physical health is required to stay healthy, but also mental health matters a lot. To stay mentally fit, we should converse with one another.


              Due to the spread of Corona Virus (COVID-19) we can't be more social. But we everyone has mobiles, computers. we can video call our relatives. we can talk to them calling with our phones.we can't go out but we can perform exercises and Yoga's at home.we can eat healthy food.we can't go for jogging But we can definitely perform exercises. 

                 We should Follow our Routine strictly. We should sleep on time and wake up on time.we should eat our snacks and dinner on time. Go in your balcony to have a fresh dose of air. Don't let yourself alone, Have fun and entertained, Laugh loudly, Meditate,etc

                our Health is our responsibility. we only have to protect our Health. Use various precautionary measures to protect ourselves from Corona Virus.
